Terms of Service

By accessing or using the Lucky Team platform at luckyteam.space ("the Service"), you enter into a binding agreement with Lucky Team ("Lucky Team", "we", "us") and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, and the platform Rules published in the in-app guide, which are incorporated by reference. If you do not agree to all of them, do not access or use the Service.

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) and have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract. By using the Service you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements and that all information you provide is true and accurate. We may request proof of identity or age at any time and may suspend access pending verification. The Service is not directed to minors.

Lucky Team is a private, invitation-only workflow platform for video content creators producing short-form video content (YouTube Shorts, Instagram Reels, TikTok). The Service coordinates task assignment, content review, payout processing, and asset distribution between team members (creators, curators, administrators). The Service is provided on a discretionary basis. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service, including task availability, at any time and without liability. We do not guarantee continuous availability, a minimum volume of tasks, or continued operation.

Accounts are issued by administrators on an invitation basis. One account per person; accounts may not be shared, sold, or transferred. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account, and must promptly notify us of any unauthorized access. You hold no proprietary or ownership interest in your account. We may suspend, limit, or terminate any account at our sole discretion, with or without cause and with or without notice, including for violations of these Terms or the Rules.

Nothing in these Terms creates an employment, partnership, joint-venture, franchise, or agency relationship between you and Lucky Team. Creators and contributors act solely as independent contractors. You are solely responsible for your own taxes, social contributions, insurance, permits, and compliance with all laws and regulations applicable to you in your jurisdiction. You are not entitled to any employee benefits. You control the manner and means by which you produce work, subject only to the briefs and specifications provided. You have no authority to bind Lucky Team to any obligation. Acceptance of a task does not guarantee any ongoing relationship or future work.

All content made available through the Service — including references, briefs, task descriptions, formats, concepts, ideas, methods, processes, scripts, software, designs, trademarks, logos, and materials — is the exclusive property of Lucky Team or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You receive no ownership and no license except a limited, revocable right to use such materials solely to perform accepted tasks within the Service. You may not copy, reproduce, publish, distribute, repurpose, re-shoot, imitate, or otherwise exploit any platform content, in whole or in part, outside the Service or on your own or any third party's channel or platform. Taking any materials, fragments, references, briefs, tasks, or ideas from the platform and using them elsewhere results in immediate termination, forfeiture of any pending payments, and may give rise to claims for damages and injunctive relief.

For work you create and submit through the Service, you grant Lucky Team a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free, transferable, and sublicensable license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, translate, publish, distribute, display, and monetize that work on any platform or channel, by any means now known or later developed. To the maximum extent permitted by law, you waive any moral rights in such work. You represent and warrant that the work is original or properly licensed, does not infringe or violate any third-party right, and that you have cleared and are responsible for any third-party assets (models, textures, skins, resource packs, music, etc.) used in it. You are responsible for the legality of your content.

You must keep strictly confidential all non-public information you obtain through the Service — including platform operations, members, strategies, references, briefs, credentials, revenue figures, metrics, pricing, and methods. You may not disclose such information to any third party or use it for any purpose outside the Service, whether during or after your engagement. This obligation survives termination indefinitely.

You agree not to:

• Publish on your own or any third-party channel (YouTube or any other platform) any materials, fragments, references, briefs, tasks, or ideas taken from the platform — this results in suspension from the platform without payout
• Re-shoot the same idea by repeating the same actions with the same characters — this is not unique content and is prohibited; adapt the format into your own original work
• Upload content that infringes intellectual property, defames, or harms others
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts or platform systems
• Use automated scripts to scrape or extract platform data
• Post, request, or share your own or anyone else's contact details on the platform, including phone numbers, emails, social media or messenger handles, payment contacts, contact links, or any details intended to move communication outside the Service
• Disclose internal team information, credentials, or revenue figures externally
• Coordinate with other users to manipulate platform metrics or evade rules
• Engage in fraud, payment abuse, chargeback abuse, or misrepresentation of work

Compensation is paid only for work that is accepted at our sole discretion. We do not guarantee any minimum volume of tasks or any level of income. Payment amounts and methods are agreed individually and may change.

• Prices, balance & withdrawals. Task prices and your balance are kept in US dollars ($). A ruble estimate may be shown using the Central Bank of Russia (CBR) rate without the withdrawal fee. For card withdrawals Lucky Team deducts a 12% service commission (plus any payment-system or bank fees). Before you submit a withdrawal request, the platform shows the amount you will receive. The amount that lands on your card or wallet is net of these deductions and may therefore differ from the balance shown on the platform. By requesting a withdrawal you agree to this deduction. Lucky Team may change the commission rate; the current rate and net amount are shown in the cabinet before you confirm.
• Self-sourced assets. Models, textures, skins, resource packs, and everything else needed to produce a task are sourced by you and are included in the task price; we do not pay separately for them.
• Withholding & set-off. We may withhold, set off, reverse, or forfeit any payment in case of violation of these Terms or the Rules, fraud, chargebacks, or unaccepted/withdrawn work. You are solely responsible for any taxes due on amounts you receive.
• Source-file retention. You must keep the source video file for an accepted task available for at least 14 days after acceptance, so it can be published. If the source becomes unavailable before publication, you are notified and given 24 hours to restore it; restore it in time and there is no penalty. If it is not restored within 24 hours, the reward for that task is reversed from your balance. Once a video has been published, you may remove the source.

The Service integrates with third-party platforms (YouTube Data API, TikTok Content Posting API, Instagram Graph API, Telegram Bot API). Use of these integrations is subject to those services' respective terms. We act as a connector and do not control content moderation, ranking, monetization, or account decisions made by these platforms, and are not liable for them.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, or uninterrupted or error-free operation. We do not warrant that any content will be published, approved, monetized, or generate any views, revenue, or results. You use the Service at your own risk.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Lucky Team and its owners, members, affiliates, and personnel shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, content, or opportunity, arising out of or relating to the Service, even if advised of the possibility and even if a limited remedy fails of its essential purpose. Our total aggregate liability for all claims relating to the Service shall not exceed the lesser of (a) the total amounts actually paid to you by Lucky Team in the three (3) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) USD 100.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Lucky Team and its owners, members, affiliates, and personnel from and against any and all claims, demands, damages, liabilities, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to: your content or conduct; your use of third-party assets; your breach of these Terms or the Rules; your violation of any law or any third-party right; or any taxes or contributions you owe. We reserve the right to assume the exclusive defense of any matter subject to indemnification, at your expense.

We may terminate or suspend your access at any time, at our sole discretion, with or without cause and with or without notice, including for violations of these Terms or the Rules, prolonged inactivity, or business reasons. Upon termination for breach, any pending or unpaid amounts may be forfeited. Upon termination your right to use the Service ceases immediately. All provisions that by their nature should survive termination — including intellectual property, your content license, confidentiality, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, and governing law — will survive.

We are not liable for any failure or delay in performance caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, civil unrest, government action, sanctions, labor disputes, changes to or suspension of third-party platforms or APIs, account bans by third-party platforms, internet or hosting outages, cyberattacks, or epidemics and pandemics.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via the platform or registered Telegram bot notifications. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. The "Last updated" date above reflects the current version.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Before initiating any formal proceeding, you agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute informally by contacting us; if it is not resolved within thirty (30) days, the dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Almaty, Kazakhstan. To the maximum extent permitted by law, you waive any right to participate in a class, collective, or representative action. Each party is responsible for its own costs unless a court orders otherwise.
